Your vaccine card must show that you have had 1 J&J shot or 2 Pfizer shots or 2 Moderna shots PLUS at least one booster shot. When you pre-register for your first dance\, there is no need to do so again for the rest of the year. To pre-register\, email a photo of your vaccination card to val.medve@gmail.com You’ll be added to the registration list and the photo will then be deleted.
